Hier meine offizielle Antwort (kam eben), die Mail habe ich vor Beantwortung der Fragen hier im Echo geschrieben:
-------------------------------------
Dear Sir
Thank you for your e-mail.
1. Currently the Formula PC Editor is not compatible with the FTV-5600.
An update of the Formula Editor is currently under consideration.
Further news regarding this will be posted on our website when
available.
2. The receiver will check for new software via satellite each time it
is switched on. This is assuming you have a antenna directed at Astra1.
If new software is detected then you will be notified of this by a
message on screen.
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our new Humax
Customer Service Area (HCSA). This new service is for all Humax
customers who want to contact us for any r*****s - technical problems,
comments, suggestions etc.
The service is designed to enable us to provide better support to all
our customers. So if you have any problems, comments or suggestions,

Dear Sir,
I would like to know two things regarding the HUMAX FTV-5600:
1. What software can I use to programm the channels? FORMULA? Which
version?
2. When will the first satellite update arrive and what steps to I have
to take to catch the update (there is not one word about that in the
manual)?
Greetings,
Totmacher
